What is your drug/alcohol policy?

Summon has a zero-tolerance policy for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you reasonably suspect that a Summon driver was intoxicated during the course of your ride, please call our support line (accessible in the menu button through your app) or email us at An Summon staff member will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. We take your safety very seriously -- after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, we will promptly suspend the driver and investigate further.
