What is your drug/alcohol policy?

Summon has a zero-tolerance policy for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you reasonably suspect that a Summon driver was intoxicated during the course of your ride, please call our support line (accessible in the menu button through your app) or email us at ask@summon.com. An Summon staff member will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. We take your safety very seriously -- after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, we will promptly suspend the driver and investigate further.

You may also contact the CPUC’s Passenger Section to make a complaint at 1-800-894-9444 or CIU_intake@cpuc.ca.gov.
