What is your abuse/misconduct policy?

Summon has a zero tolerance policy on abuse and misconduct by drivers. To report abuse or inappropriate conduct that occurred during a Summon ride, please call our support line through your app, or email ask@summon.com. A Summon customer service representative will promptly respond to your report and take any other necessary steps.
