What should I do if I see Summon charges that I don't recognize?

If you see any charges that are not clear, or that you don't recognize on your trips page, please just reply to your email receipt for the trip or send an email to us at providing the following information:
  • Phone number associated with your Summon account
  • Last four digits of your card number
  • The exact total transaction amount charged
We will look into your case and respond ASAP.
